Why
do photographers do TFP?
It's
a way for both the model and the photographer to add to their
portfolio or for the photographer to test out new equipment.
Not all our photographers do TFP.

What
are the requirements for an in-home session?
Reasonable
space (although we can usually accommodate most any area),
electrical outlets that have reasonably sufficient load abilities,
access for loading/unloading equipment. Normally we would
like to see the area you want the session to be in prior to
the actual appointment as this also helps the photographer
visualize the setup. Electrical is not required if we are
shooting an outside session (we will use battery strobes and
reflectors).
We
usually need 45 minutes to an hour on average for setup time.

Where
is the photo gallery here?
This
website is not a photo gallery. Each photographer has his/her
own gallery. You can email them directly if you like from
our about page.

Will
you help me get modeling work?
We
are not agents but will promote your photos where relevant
and appropriate. We would enjoy seeing any new models get
work and will do our best to help you wherever possible.

Can
I bring an escort?
Certainly.
Be aware however that if your escort interferes with the session
in any way (distraction, wandering off in unauthorized or
off limit areas, talking to model during poses and activities,
etc.) we may either a) cancel the session entirely, or b)
charge a fee to assign an assistant to your escort. The photographer
does not have the time to spend on an escort being distracting
or otherwise interefering with the session. We provide more
information on this in our pre-shoot instructions that will
be sent to you prior to the session.

I
don't know anything about makeup!
That's
okay, especially if your male. We will help you with the basics.
You can also visit our makeup tips area for more information.
For first-time sessions a lot of makeup is many times not
required nor is a MUA (Makeup Artist) usually needed on a
first time or 'test' shoot. For full projects and assignments
a MUA will be provided where required.

What
is "short-notice" and "time-frame"?
Our
TFP requests usually exceed our available session slots. Sometimes
a model gets ill or something happens that cancels the shoot
the previous day. Our TFP form asks you about short notice
availability for this reason. By timeframe we mean : how much
advance notice do you need if we have a last minute opening?
Short notices are usually 12-24 hours notice and you are contacted
by phone to see if you can fill the canceled session.
